16-year-old injured in North Philadelphia shooting

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 16-year-old was hospitalized Friday afternoon after a shooting in North Philadelphia.

The shooting happened around 4:17 p.m. in the 1300 block of West Lehigh Avenue.

Authorities said the teen was taken to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition.

No arrests have been announced.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
